Executive Vice President of Operations & Compliance

Dan joined Waterloo Capital as EVP Operations and Compliance in 2025. In his role at Waterloo Capital, Dan’s primary responsibilities include enhancing compliance infrastructure, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting continued growth.
Prior to joining, Dan held leadership roles at Vanguard, TradeStation, and other financial firms, where he managed compliance programs, supervised multi-site operations, and guided firms through regulatory responsibilities and process transformations.

Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a certified Project Management Professional and earned several industry certifications throughout his career. Outside of work Dan enjoys tennis, surfing, skiing and being a dad.
